With all the pressures of modern living, it’s sometimes easy to forget the “powerful stuff” that connects us with our core being.

Consider your life for a moment:

a) Who are you when you are most alive?

b) What are you doing in those moments?

c) Who are you with during those times?

d) What’s happening around you at that moment?

e) What one thing will you do by the end of this month to reconnect with or experience your aliveness again?
